Uttarayan is celebrated in all over Gujarat but the excitement is in Ahmedabad for Vibrant Kites festival. The Kite Festival to be organized by Shri Narendra Modi at Sabarmati riverfront. And sky is filled with different many coloursful of kites. People come with different country for participating in Kite festival.
